We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days after processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@scalpevolve.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at info@scalpevolve.com as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@scalpevolve.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately.
